A complete application packet includes the following:
Student-Parent Responsibility
* Student Application and Application Fee
* Placement Test Results (testing completed either at Pius XI or at another Catholic high school)
* Report Card (most recent)
* Standardized Test Scores from Current School (ITBS, WKTCE or other)
* Parental Consent for Release of Records
Pius XI Responsibility
World Languages, Math and General Recommendation forms from grade or middle school (after receiving completed application, fee and test scores)

Class of 2015 Incoming Freshman Placement Testing
This assessment is required of all applicants for admission to Pius XI High School. There is no fee for the test. Large-group testing will take place on Friday, November 5 or Saturday, November 6, 2010. It is advisable to test at our large-group placement testing in order to meet all significant Admissions deadlines. Pius XI will accept comparable test results from other Catholic High Schools.

TRANSFER PROCESS
Students transferring from other high schools are considered for enrollment on a case-by-case basis. Students wishing to transfer to Pius XI must submit a completed pre-admission form, as well as transcripts, discipline records and most recent report card from the current school (

These materials are reviewed by both the director of counseling and dean of students, and the family is invited to interview with representatives from counseling and administrative departments.
